In India reservations have killed the merit in all spheres. Except def forces where there are no reservations. I all govt central and state services reservations are implemented and consequently poor merit is accepted. Result is the poor administration, chaos corruption etc. India plans to sent a team for Lunar landing in 1922. God bless the team. first the team has to have reservations surely. the captain if the team has to a be from reserved category.
