When India gained freedom in 1947 Army chief held the rank of C iN C. And he was a four star General. other two services were headed by three star officers such as Vice Admiral and Air Marshal. CIN C was no 2 after the PM. however soon their status was down graded and their precedence was reduced every year and to day they stand no where. Hence the cartoon

in the cartoon a mine destroyer tank called flail tank is shown used in WWII. a large steel drum is rotated through tank Engine power. many Stella balls are attached to drum at different points through steel chains. When the drum is rotated the balls fly out due to centrifugal force and strike ground with great force. Mines that are buried in ground are blasted and infantry can.
