NCO and he took part in execution of prisoners in hangings in the Dachau camp.
He was arrested after thee WWII and was tried in the case US vs Martin
Gottfried Wiess in a group of 42 convicts and sentenced to death. A. Witness
testified that he put the noose around the neck of a Russian prisoner For the
purpose of hanging. He was hanged on 28 may 1946.at Landesberg prison
