Junior lawyer .left..... Sir. Supreme Court lawyer says if the mother of the victim in the Nirbhaya case declares that she has pardoned the culprits who raped and caused her daughters death.. The victims can get lesser punishment. As in case of rajivs murder case where Sonia wife of Rajiv pardoned the assassin. Will they not be hanged now ? Will the sentence be commuted to life sentence?
Very senior lawyer. Nothing like that .those rascals and Devils will be hanged as per the latest order after president has rejected mercy plea. It is strange. Why The mother who has been demanding all these days that the criminals should be hanged and justice be done would declare. Now that she pardoned the criminals. Why she has turned into apostle of non violence and mother Teresa. What happened behind the scene.. Truth should come out..the rascals would be surely hanged till they die.
