 HACKMANN HERMANN, He was A SS captain and worked at Buchenwald concentration camp. He was tried by SS. Court during the trial of commandant Koch and was sentensed to death For murder. However he was taken away by G estapo and was not Executed. He was a sadist and cruel. He often beat inmates with whip or stick.he also worked at majdanek camp in occupied Poland. After the war during the buchenwald trails in 1947he was sentensed to death but it was. commuted to life imprisonment. He was re tried again later during third majdanek trial and was awarded additional ten years prison term. He died on august 29, 1994

HAND ERICH MERBACH Merbach was an SS officer at Buchenwald camp and is known for his cruel acts in the holocausrt . When American troops were approaching , the prisoners in the camp were sent by a train to Dachau camp which was at About 240 km and would have taken a day journey. however due to allied bombings the train was delayed at various points and it took three weeks. He was accompanying the train with few more SS personnel. He shot dead Many prisoners in the train With his machine pistol and the se men has no food and water and many died before they reached destination. The open box train was strafed several Times by US planes and many prisoners were injured and The injured persons were shot to death. At the dachou trials he was tried for war crimes and sentenced to death and executed although he pleaded that he infact helped prisoners to his best the jury felt that if he was not punished they would be doing great injustice yo humanity.

OTTO WOLF GANG  He a SS person and was tried at dachou trial after WW II. He was awarded 15 years prison term.More details are not available at present.

 ERICH NAUMANNErich. Naumann was a SS and Sd officer and originally he was in police. He became chief of Einsatzgrupe B for actions in eastern occupied Europe. He used mobile gas vans to exterminate Jews and other prisoners. He was a high ranking brigade fuehrer. He perpetuated mass killings and was a war criminal. After war he was captured and tried at Nuremberg And sentensed to death. During trial he repeatedly contended that he has done nothing wrong as one of the aim of the war was the process of extermination of Jews and other enemies as per the orders of Fuhrer and all these actions were rightful. He was executed by hanging on 7 June 1951

RASCH OTTORasch Otto was a senior SS officer of the rank of Brigadier Grppen fuehrer. he was the commander of Einsatzgruppe Ex termination programme of Jews ..C in soviet occupied territories During Nov 1941 to 1943 march. Such killings were carried out by gas vans and shooting squads. In in. later he was the director of Continental oil inc, berlin after he was relieved of his duties. After WW II he was indicted for war crimes In the trails held in 1947. But he was released as he was suffering from Parkinson's disease. He died on 5 feb 1948 at W ehrstedt, saxonny, G ermany .

 REUTH NEUDECH  She joined the SS service as woman guard only in 1944 and rose rapidly at Ravens Bruck sub camp as camp leader. She was very cruel and one of the witness later testified that she saw her slitting the throat if a fellow woman prisoner with a sharpened shovel. After war she fled but was captured by allies and was tried for war crimes and sentenced to death and executed by hanging.

 IRMA GRESE Irma grese was. a woman guard at ravensbruck and Aushwitz concentration camps and begen Belsen camp. She was known as hyena of Aushwitz. And also as beauty beast. She dressed up meticulously. Ad gad many lovers among SSmen. Josef mangele the doctor was one among them.It is learnt that she also got aborted once. she was beastly and called beauty beast.,She was cruel and sadist. She was responsible for selecting women prisoners for gas chambers. She hated prisoners who still maintained their beauty. a fter the war she tried to flee but was captured by allies on 17/4/45 and was tried at Belsen trail. She was charged for war crimes and sentensed to death. she was hanged on 13 dec 45 at the age of 22 years the youngest to be handed underbritish law. She planned to be an actress in films after war.Along with her two more women and eight. Men were hanged.

DOROTHEA  BINZ Dorothea binz joined SS as female overseer at concentration camp Ravens bruck in 1939. She did kitchen and laundry duties but. Later she supervised bunker where woman inmates were tortured and killed. as she was promoted as lady asst warden. She was brutal, she kicked, slapped, stomped, shot and kicked the inmates. She had a boy friend Edmund Brauning and stayed at a house outside the camp and later Edmund was posted out.At the end of war , she fled and British army captured her at hampur on 3 may 1945, and was held at Reckling hausen. She was tried at Ravensbruck trials in 1947. And was sentensed to death. She was hanged on 2 may 1947 at Hamelin By long rope method by British executioner.

FRIEDRICH WILHELM  KRUGGER  .Freidrich Wilhelm krugger was a very senior SS and SA officer and he was in General govt in occupied Poland and executed police duties and was responsible for suppressin of revolts at camps! Control of ghettos, extermination activities. Frequently he quarreled with Governor General hans frank and he was therefore dismissed on 9 nov 1943 .T he police govt in exile. Order for his assassination.Two bombs were hurled at his car , but he escaped.later he was given responsibilities of combat actions in yugoslvia, Austria! and Finland which were occupied territories? At the end of war he committed suicide.

WALTHER FUNK  He during WW I joined the infantry in German army , but was discharged as misfit for service. He later worked as journalist after war was over and then as. Editor of a economic news paper. He came in contact with H itler after joining Nazi party. Soon he was the economist in Hitlers govt and he deprived Jews of their wealth to the last who were murdered later.He deprived Jews of gold rings, jewellery, eye glass frames, paintings, etc apart from other possessions. At the end of WWII he was charged for war crimes by special US military tribunal at Nuremberg and he was awarded life imprisonment. However he was released in 1957 due to ill heath. He died in 1960 ailing from diabetes..

MARTIN GOTTGRIED WIESS  Martin Gottfried Weiss was a SS lt col and served at NEUENGAMME concentration camp as commandant from April 40 to sept 1942, He was posted to MAJDANEK concentration camp from nov 43 to May 1944, as the fourth commandant of the camp. Hecwas captured by US. Troops at the end of the war and was tried at dachau trials and found guilty of war crimes and was sentensed to death and was executed by hanging at lads beg prison . on 29 may 1946.Slthough many witnesses spoke good of him ,including a soecial prisoner, their pleas were rejected by the jury. And he was executed.

ALICE ORLOWSKI.. She was a SS woman guard and worked at Ravensbruck and M ajdanek concentration camp.She had hundred woman under her.She was brutal and whipped the woman inmates across eyes specially. After the war She was arrested and tried at Aushwiz trials and sentenced to life. But she was released in 1957 due to general amnesty. she was agin arrested to stand trail for III majdanek trials In 1975, but she died during trial in 1976 at the age of 73 years.

HANS BAUR Hans Baur was a veteran pilot and became Hitlers personal pilot after he flew him in political campaigns in thirties.He was a Gruppen fuher IN SS organization. After war he was captured by soviets and spent ten years in soviet custody. He was extradited to France in 1955 and the French held him in custody till 1957 and was released

 Alfred kruppAlfreid Krupp Von was the son of   famous industrialist Gustav  Krupp von. Who supplied weapons, arms  and ammunition etc to a hitlers nazi war machine By using extensive slave labour supplied by SS organization. The slave labour worked in very hard conditions and control over them was very harsh. many perished. After war was over he was tried for crimes against humanity and imprisoned for three years. After release he was given back all his wealth and factories and once again he rose to the past glory. He died in 1967 and after him the family control was passed to a philanthropist organisation. Alfred Krupp grew in status and occupied many important and prestigious positions in civil life in West Germany.

OSCARDIRLEWANGER.  He was the founder commander of N ASI penal unit in SS called Dirlewanger in WWII. He fought in Spanish civil war, and WW I, too. He was the most cruel, sadistic, necrophille, psychopath killer and child monster. Very few could compete with him in the cruelty in all sectors of WW II.He was expert in extermination. He was arrested after WWII and died in prison on 07june 1945 probably due to beating by the guards

ODILO GLOBOCNIL. He was vile nazi SS. Leader and was responsible for mass murders of polish and Austrian jews at concentration camps.H e climbed the ladder in A ustria being a staunch supporter of Nazism. During the final stage of WWII he escaped to A ustrian mountain region but was tracked by A British cavalry. Unit and was arrested. He bit a cyanide pill and died immediately. His body was buried outside the compound wall of a local church as the church authorities did not allow him to be buried within church compound.

FREIDRICH JACKEL..   Nfreidrich jackeln was senior SS officer of the rank of Lt Gen ( opergruppen fuehrer)And served in Occupied region of Russia. As SS and police leader.He was responsible for Killing 100000 Jews , Romani, Slavs and undesirables. h e personally supervised killings ?H e was the commanding general of one of the largest collection of. Einsatzgruppen. He got dug large pits in which the prisoners were made to lie naked and were shot by the soldiers behind the head. the next batch had to lie on the dead bodies.  Those who did not die after shooting were buried alive. He was captured along with other Nazis working in Riga fist and was tried at Soviet court at Riga and was sentenced to death. He accepted responsibility for the murders. He was executed on 03 February 1948.

 KARL OTTO KOCH. He was a SS colonel and First concentration camp commandant of buchenwald and Sachsen Hansen concentration camp and was directly responsible for the killings of innumerable Jews and others. from S pet 1941 -- A uh 42 he was posted as first commandant of majdanek camp in occupied Polnad. there were scores of allegation as against him of embezzlement , corruption, stealing, drunkenness, fraud, improper conduct, sexual offences and Was tried by a SS court and was found unworthy of being an officer who brought shame to himself and the SS organization. He was sentensed to death and was executed by firing squad on 05 April 1945 a week before arrival of American troops. Ilse Koch was his wife who was equally cruel to prisoners at the camp and was known as bitch of Buchenwald

MAX MOLLER he was a SS guard at treblinka concentration camp during world war and took part in operation rein hard phase of holocaust. Moller lal one with other gurads freely shot and killed the jews at lazarett. in mates called him American. Due to his robust body. He was along with Bredow, Josef Hirtreiter, , wilie menz committed extermination of Jews gleefully? After the war he vanished and never traced

HEINRICH GLEY  Heinrich  gley was a SS. Lower level officer. Ad he worked at. belzec concentration camp when camp commander was Gottileb Hering.After the war he was tried at Belsen trials in mid sixties and was acquitted as hHad to perform duties under duress and threat from higher officers. He probably died In 1985, the above sketch belongs to the time when he was old staying at home.

ILSE KOCH She was the wife of Karl Otto Koch commandant of Buchenwald camp and majdanel During WW II.He was an SS officer of senior rank . Ilse Koch too was very cruel to the camp inmates. Otto koch was executed for bringing shame to the SS organization by his conduct as an officer and his personal conduct was highly objectionable. After the war she was also tried for war crimes at dachau and convicted and sentenced to life. She was kept in isolation except aMerican investigators. she conceived in prison and she disclosed that she was pregnant in the court room that stunned all present .Later, her Term was reduced to four years by American governor. . there was an uproar in public. She was again arrested and tried in 1950 and sentenced to life in 1951.She died in prison committing suicide on 01 sept 1967 at the age of 60 years. The boy born in prison was taken away at birth and was brought up outside. When she died he was 19 years. She was buried at an unmarked grave in the prison complex. No one knows who was the father of the boy..She became famous as beast , queen, and bitch of Buchenwald as she had illicit contacts with many SS officers. there were also charges that she got lamp shades made from the tattooed skins if camp inmates.H ow ever this was not conclusively proved. Hence such charges were dropped.

JOSEF HIRTRIETER.Joseph Hirtrieter was a SS lower level officer and he worked at treblinka extermination camp and also at Sobibor camp. He was beastly and killed infants dragging them from mothers arriving in wagons holding by legs and smashing their heads against wagon body.It was devilish. After the war he was arrested by. Allies in July 1946 but was let off as no criminal evidence was available against him. however in 1951 he was arrested again after a survivor testified against him and was sentensed to life on 31 march 1951, He was released in 1977 due ti ill ness. he died after six months

MAX KOEGAL.Max koegal was a SS officer of majors rank. He served as commander at various concentration camps such a s lichten burg, ravens buck, majdanek, and Flossenburg. After the war he was on the tun and was arrested at Schwab near Nuremberg on 26 June 1946, H e committed suicide. Next day.

HERMANN FLORSTEDL .Hermann florstedl was SS officer and commandant of Concentration camp Sachsenhausen from 1940-42. He was then posted to Majadanek as III rd commandant. He replaced Max koegal. during WW II. He was convicted by SS court for misappropriation and embezzlement of III reich to become rich and was sentenced to death and was executed on 15 April 1945. He was an Iron cross winner awarded by Nazi Germany , yet no mercy was shown to him.He was known to have an affair with Ilse kosh the oberaufseherin known as the bitch.

GOTTILEB HERING He was a SS concentration camp commandant at B elzec and was directly responsible for the killings of innumerable Jews and others. Belzec camp was closed in June 1943 and he then was the commander of poniatowa camp which was re assigned as sub camp of Majdanek . Between 0-3 nov 1943 the police personnel killed all remaining Jews during action Erntefest and Hering joined camp at Trieste at Italy.He died due to some mysterious complications while waiting at the medical health centre of St Catherine he hospital in Stetten Im Remstal .before On09oct 1945.
