JEAN DECOUX. NAZI WW II
He was a French Admiral Of Navy during WW II and was the Governor General of French Indo China. From July 1940 to 9 March 1945. He represented the Vichy French Govt that was a puppet German regime.He was ousted from position when Japan took control and established Kingdom of Vietnam . After the war he was arrested and tried but not convicted. He was restored to his status, rank with all his prerogatives. He died in Paris in 1963.
