Black money... Has it gone?
To make black money to go in India
The notes of high value were made invalid overnight
Old and infirm waiting at cues in bank
Died in hot sun to be very frank and right
Legislators and crooks exchanged notes
And they had no problem and no questions put
The bank staff connived with a plan
and changed notes and all queries were shut
The nation made its own funeral pyre
Over which it would be burnt to ashes
People suffered in great agony
While crooks and scoundrels paid good wishes.
