he was a Czech lt col in army and he was member of nazi resistance group three kings along with two more activists. The group was responsible for sabotage and communications. There noteable actions were
A. Attack on ministry of air travel  jan 1941 and police HQ in Berlin
b. Attack on  Berlin Alhat railway station on  22 April 1941 to kill Henrich himmlers. Very senior Nazi officer. he escaped.
the team was in communication with a nazi collaborator  Paul thummel

he was captured by Gestapo in Prague after a brief gun fight. he was sentenced to death and executed on 3 October 1941 in Prague. Reinhard heidrich was the senior Nazi officer administering Bohemia and Moravia at that time and marshal law was being enforced.
