(There are many people collected in front of AP assembly gate. All these men are on lookers. Gandhi, Patel and Nehru are among them. Behind the closed iron gate black statue of MK Gandhi  in sitting position is found. A crow is seen sitting on top of its bald head.)

Gandhi. Look Patel, My statue is there. Have you seen?

Patel. I have seen it. It is so big. How I can miss it?

Gandhi. Why this crowd? Is there a function? Are they going to garland me? Usually lot of police stays here.

Patel. True. I do not know about any function.As it is, this place  has become big nuisense. Telangana trouble has made this place unsafe. One never knows what is going to happen.Police guys are trigger happy.

Gandhi. True. I also know it.

( Some people  at the gate start singing Ramdhun and Gandhi gets sentimental. He rushes to them. Patel and Nehru also  run for him fearing some trouble.)

On looker. I am suresh. Where are you going? Have you not seen the gate   closed?

Gandhi. Shh. I have not seen. Why you are bothered? This place  is for all.

Suresh. Who are you? You are very arrogant. Do you know  who I am?.

Gandhi. How does this matter? You may be anything.

Suresh.I am from Congress party. I am very close to CM and many ministers.

Gandhi. If so why you are hanging outside the gate.

Suresh. That is non of your business.

Patel. Come on  bhai. Do not be rude with such senior guy

.

Suresh. Oh, So you are his chamcha

Patel. Better behave. Learn to speak. Looks you have no basic manners. Is this taught by your party ?

Suresh. Do not criticise the party.

Gandhi. Patel, Levae him. He appaers to be insane

Suresh. Am I insane? You are insane. Your dad is insane, Your mom is insane, Your aunt is insane, Your uncle is insane, Your brother is insane.

Gandhi. Patel. Kindly take care of this guy.

 (Patel pulls up the guy by collar and slaps him hard.)

Suresh. Aa..aaa..aa. aaa

Patel. Better behave fool.How dare you say our Bapu insane. You  abused his parents.

( Few on lookers appreciate Patels action. They are  Narendra and  Ram avtar)

Ram. Well done uncle. This joker was  misbehaving with every one.

Narendra. He says he is highly connected and is showing off.He was bullying  some.He says  he is from Congress party and can do any thing  and get away.

Ram. Kutta Kainka ( Dog of street) Mar mar ke seedha kardo badmashko ( Beat him up well and straighten the rascal)

(Seeing the commotion some constables arrive and seeing them  suresh disappers.)

Constable. What happened?

Ram. Nothing brother. All is well.

Constable. That is good.Please do not creat noise and be quiet

( Constable goes away to some distance. Under a tree he leans on one leg and eats gutka)

Gandhi. Patel; I see some carpenters arriving here with some masons. I can see tools with them. There is a machine too. )

Patel. They may have some work.

Gandhi. But I suspect some thing more

Patel. Let us see

( The work men  approach the statue and keep tools at the base. Two men climb up the statue to shoulders height. Seeing them the crow  flys off)

Gandhi. What is this? What they are going to do there? Oh fo, they have a big machine saw also ( Shouts)Hey, What are you up to?

Patel. Why you have climbed up statue? Look at your dirty feet. Get down fact.

Mason. We are cutting off this statue into two halves

Gandhi, But why?

Mason. The state is divided. Telangana  has been formed.  All items are being divided between the two states.

Patel. Are you mad? Are you going to cut statue?

Mason. So are the orders

Patel. Looks  guys have become mad

Mason. Please do not disturb us. The work has to be finished fast.

( The workers hold the  machine and start sawing the statue into two halves starting from the head. In no time the statue is made into two halves. Then they carefully pull off the two pieces manually and place them on ground)

Gandhi. Aa…aaa…..ee….eeee.. I am cut into two.. eee

Patel. Bapu. It is only statue. Any how you died long ago. Godse did not cut you into two. He only shot you. Why worry now.?

Gandhi. Is this the way they share properties?

Patel. This is the only way as per them.

( In the mean time some white clad guys arrive and carry away one half of the statue shouting jai telangana and after some  the other half of statue is again set on pedestal by another group and they shout jai andhra…jai jai andhra.They then vanish giggling

Gandhi. Patel. These guys have become insane. Let us go.

Patel Well said Bapu. I do not know how many of your statues in city would be cut. Any how there are not many left. Let us go. Jawaharlal let us move.

Nehru. OK , Fine.

( The trio vanishes from the place )

                      In a recent article  in Enadu ( Telugu)  Kuldip Nayar former Indian  High commissioner to UK  was very critical about army and  in no uncertain terms he said that armys intereference in civil administration  has been increasing. He saw threat to Indian democracy due to such  rise.This is not first time that  civilian beaurocrats in I India have been critical of army and in fcat the relations between Indian beaurocrats and army have always been  unsatisfactory.This is due to many reasons.

                   In fact, Jawaharlal Nehru the first PM of India  was scared of army. He was very much apprehensive of General Thimmayya who commanded great respect in all services. Before Chinese war in 1962,  The army chief General Thimmayya and Defence minister VK Krishna menon had serious differences and General Thimmayya submitted resignation. However General Thiimmayya was much persuaded by Nehru and he  withdrew his resignation. Later,  the PM let the General down in parliament badly and soon Thimmayya retired. The war against China was a serious  catastrophe and India received grave shock and VK Krishna Menon was sacked later. In fact, Nehru should have resigned taking responsibility as it was a civilian failure and not an army failure. But Nehru continued in chair, People say he died of sorrow and shock in 1964 which is of course debatable.  Armys prestige nose dived. It was only after 1965 and 1971 that army regained its prestige  and confidence to some extent. Nehru’s govt made sure that all service chiefs are of same rank so that they could never unite for military coup. The word commander in chief that was earlier present was taken off. Thus army was cut to size as first step. Next step was down gradation of army ranks in protocol. The ranks were seriously down graded in comparison to political leaders and IAS babus. With this started the eternal and never ending squabble between  army and civilian babus.  Army is under MOD and all its matters have to be processed through MOD that is dominated by civilian Babus. In a democracy army has to take back seat and civilian authority is supreme and this fact no one denies including army.

                   Mr Nayar in his article was critical that the special powers granted to army in Ja nd K state and in Eastern troubles states such  as Nagaland  have to be removed. In fcat  the young chif miniser of J and K recommended to the govt that army's powers be removed in his staete. Mr Nayar lamented that  army resisted the move and the govt was helpless. This he saw as armys influence over civilain authority. Secondly the recent  encounter in Kashmir in which some youth were killed was quoted. Kashmiris claim that these youths were innocent . The aspect of siachin glacier also became a matter of discussion. It has been claimed that the foreign ministers of  India and Paksitan agreed to withdrwan troops from Siachin. Mr Nayar also  claimed that the retired senior military officers  opined that these areas need not be held as there was no purpose. However he lamented that army insisted on occupying siachin lands. This matter  has been again seen as interference in civil administration. Is Mr Nayar  competent to decide and discuss the strategic issues of defense. After all he is a mere beaurocrat of some repute.  But that does not make him all knowing type.  In India withdrew from Siachin pak would surely occupy these lands  and will notr  honor the commitmnets. Pakistan always betrayed us. Similarly Kashmir can not be held with army;s hands tied behind. Jihadis  would butcher army while  guys like Kuldip nayar would  watching TV in his  cozy house. The kashmir valley has been islamised. They have driven away pandits from the valley. Pakistan is in hand in glove with separatists and making all attempts to infiltrate into state. This is being stopped only  by presence of army. Army knows what is best for the valley to stop infiltration and not nayar. It is better Mr Nayar relaxes after retirement instead of creating confusion  and degrading army;s stature and demoralize them. He is a chip of old dead wood.

174.Recently many Hindus came to India from Sindh Province of Pakistan unableto bear humiliation and torture. The islamic country Pakistan is trying best to erase remaining Hindus there and these unfortunatee people are on Delhis roads struggling to make both ends meet. Why Hindus are not united in favour of these victims? Why govt remains silent?shame on part of rulers.

175. The govt of India has been trying to destroy Rama sethu connecting Sri Lanka and India inorder to make way for the ships to pass through the strait.Even Lankan govt has protested. Ramasethu and Ramayana in fact is highly revered in all south east Asian nations and no Hindu should allow its destruction. Why there is no Hindu uprising against this foolish govt plan to destroy it?

176.Rachakonda is located at about 50 km from Hyderabad among hill ranges in Nalgonda distrct. There is an ancient fort here although it is in most neglected state. The fort has great history where Velama kings ruled during 14 and 15 centuries for almost 100 years. They had sway over Telangana areas. Rachakonda and Devarkakonda rulers were brothers and they joined hands with Bahmanis to fight Vijay nagar kings and later lost their own kingdom to Bahmanis eternally. They also fought with Kapayya Naika who was responsible for driving away Muslims from Warnagal in 14 century before Vijaynagar was born. The fort is of great historical significance. There are efforts being made to convert these hill ranges as Field firing ranges for Army. Why Hindus are not raising their voice against this idiotic plan?

177. In Bangladesh the senior leader of a political party has been recently executed for committing genocide in 1971 war against his own people. He got killed scores of writers, professionals nad journalists and teachers. Subsequently the cadres of the party has been committing atrocities against Hindus in that country while we watch like impotents. Why there is no uproar?

178. There are ancient forts at Ramgiri, sarvaipeta, Prataparudra giri,   Kothakonda and Malangoor in Karimnagar and Medak fort in medak district, Forts at Nirmal in Adilabad district   that are not taken care by the state. It is a well known fact that Islamic edifices are taken care by govt or some organizations from even foreign funds. Why Govt turns Nelsons eye to Hindu edifices? Why there is no Hindu reaction? Why they show apathy?

179. Aam aadmi party led by Mr Kejriwal has assumed power in Delhi after accepting support from Congress shamefully. He fought elections against congress and won seats in good streangth ( Lesser than BJP). How shameful it is for him to form govt with the support of his staunch enemy. Guys like Prashant Bhushan who gave anti national statements are with him. They want communists to merge with AAP. They also welcomed Dawood Ibrahim to join AAP.  Disgusting behavior indeed.

180.In recent  Republic day parade Karnataka govt  displyed its state decorated vehicle with Tippu sultan holding sword on the front vehicle. The personality of Tippu is much disputed. It is  known that he forced conversions and destroyed temples and was a tyrant. Why Karnataka govt could not glorify Emperor Krishna deva Raya  of Vijay nagar which is very much part of Karnataka?

181. Recently Film star Mohan babu ( self styled legend) who was one time MP from Telugu Desama party from AP  said in Tirupathi  at a function that many people including swamijis are looting the nation. This is most unwanted. He being an Hindu and having attained the stature of a MP, should  have controlled himself. Every one has taken the reamrk in a  stride. In the show of baffoonery he delivered film daialogue and made a joke of himself. Why Hindu organizarions are keeping quiet? Recently the High  court in AP  passed strict comments on him and ordered that he be stripped of his padmasri title in another case for using his title padma sri ina film titles..

182.Rahul Gandhi has repeatedly attacked RSS saying that RSS killed MK Gandhi. This is nonsense. It is hightime the guy is dragged to a court and taught a lesson. The immature guy is getting jittery as elections are approaching and talks whatever he likes.

183.The hill in Kashmir where an ancient temple exists has been named as  taqt e suleiman while since centuries it is known after sriAdi sankaracharya. A plaque has been  fixed at the spot.This has been done by ASI. Hindus  must launch nationwide agaitation against this. However  Hindus  have taken it cool as usual.

184.In a text book for schools , it has been found that  Netajis struggle for freedom has been dubbed as a violent acts and that he believed in violent actions. It is a shame that  such remarks are found in school text books.  Why there is no all India protest? Probably the text has been modified now.
