IAS officer on left... What is the benefit if creating the post of Chief of Def staff
IAS officer on right.. earlier the senior officers used to fight among themselves in each service for promotions, Now there will be fights among all three services with each other for the post of Chief of def staff.. It is good for us. They will be busy and they will not trouble us. Hee. Hee.
