TV anchor.. Dear prof ,A youth ,student of medicine has been found dead in a well and his hands and legs were found bound by a rope. Police are in spin to know whether it is suicide or a murder.
Prof. Madam , A guy who wants to commit suicide might tie his legs but he can not tie his own hands.this could be a murder. Any how , we are not bothered . Police will take care of it. We have enough headaches.
