GUENTHER TESCH was a Nazi war criminal tried in RUSHA trials before military court of US. He was the head of legal department Lebansbon. The trial lasted up to. March 1948. He was taken into custody since 13 May 1945 after the WW II. He was given sentence for the period served since May 13, 1945 and released. The case is known as America vs Ulrich Greifel
