WILL MODIJI MAKE POLITICAL PARTIES ACCOUNTABLE FOR DONATIONS by Dr K Prabhakar Rao

WILL MODIJI MAKE POLITICAL PARTIES ACCOUNTABLE
                                                 FOR DONATIONS

                                                     Dr K prabhakar Rao

In fact, the original provision of non accountability of political parties and taxing individuals high is dubious and resulted in high corruption of political parties and politicians. Every MLA spends not less that 5 to 6 crores of rupees for each election.MPs prpbably spend more. The moment he wins. he is busy in making up his expenditure and also additional amounts for next election. They accumulate wealth for his family and many generations. Gone are days of Gulzarilal nanada , lal bahadur shastri, Ram manohar Lohia. nandaji used to go on bicycle everywhere after he was sidelined. What a shame indeed to our nation. Modiji should have abolished this non accountability even before demonetization. This was not in election promises too. BJP ofcourse must have spent hundreds and thousands of crores for winning elections in 2014. I am afraid BJP even now will accept the proposal as it will be like cutting own leg with an axe. It is always easy to cut others leg than own leg. That is the truth. the funniest part is that the proposed suggestion was never thought of by Bajapijis govt when it ruled for full term. this was because it would go against party's interests. So they kept quiet. No party can survive without donations. BJP is no different. In 2014, BJP won hands down due to failure of Congress party in ten long years under Dr Man Mohan singhjia silent spectator of evils, corruption and scams galore. A finanial genius and former RBI governor DR Man mohan Singh played a spectators role and reasons for it are not known. Politically he was not strong and not capable of winning on his own. The scams, corruption, Herapheri became a mountain and people were fed up. They gave a chance to Modiji. He too gave many promises. But never promised Demonetization as a means of ending corruption. He of course said he would fight corruption and bring back money stored in foreign banks by Indians and that he would depost lakhs of rupees in each an every Indians account.Alas! Till date, money stored abroad has not been brought back. No one talks about it. Even their names have not been declared. As per the PM, Demonetization would end corruption, but it proved wrong. Most of the finanacial experts, former RBI governors condemned the action and said that it was a hasty and bad step for the country. Corruption no way was eliminated and it is rampant every where right from Kanyakumari to Srinagar and from Pathankpt to kohima..Corruption is in Indians DNA and blood. In the latest rebuttal Yashwant Sinhaji the former FM from own party of Modiji in an article condemned the Finance minister Jetley saying he has ruined economy and Demonetization was a evil step. But Modiji and his coterie are not ready see realities. Now they are hiding behind some smoothening phrases that in all transformations, some difficulties would arise and people must adjust and live with it. Corruption was fully evident from day One of Demonetization. Common people suffered in long queues for hous while those who matter Could carry way bundles of new notes. Trunk loads of new notes were found with some people that govt can not deny. Banks, post offices, RBI were part of this murky affair. The proposed suggestion by commoners is doubtful will get through as. It is very vital issue striking at the roots of the BJP party. Of course one should make efforts
