Prof . Yes The city Hyderabad. Has become notorious for such crimes. Control appears to be lost. Turning away the people running around for their kin stating that the crime falls out of the jurisdiction is atrocious.what we can do. We are helpless.where do we have safety for our lives and honour of the women. it's only on paper.
