A mongrel (Dog) was made to sit on a throne
And at an auspicious day it was made to wear a golden crown
Soon it tore off the seats and tapestry and displayed true colors
Thus said Vemana in a very clear tone characteristic of his own
Some Monkeys brought a Langoor and gave it new dress
Then they worshipped him with utmost devotion that was no less
Know, in similar way useless guys abound at a wretched place
Vemana thus said in his style giving some solace
