She was one of the personal secretaries of Adolf hitler before and during the war.S he was first employed by H itler in 1933 and she worked with him till 1945 when she was ordered to leave Berlin along with other staff members by flight out of Berlin. Accordingly she flew out to O bersalzberg. She was arrested after the war on 28 may 1945 and was interrogated by a French officer. She was released in May 1948. She worked for a construction company as secretary. She wrote a book that was later translated. And published as ...he was my chief... Ad became very popular. at he book forms a strong basis for Nazi studies.
