He was a German physicist. And Nobel laureate in physics for the discovery of Stark effect.
Stark published more than 300 papers, mainly regarding electricity and other such topics. He received various awards, including the Nobel Prize, the Baumgartner Prize of the Vienna Academy of Sciences (1910), the Vahlbruch Prize of the Göttingen Academy of Sciences (1914), and the Matteucci Medal of the Rome Academy. Probably his best known contribution to the field of physics is the Stark effect, which he discovered in 1913.AFTER WWII Broke out, he worked for Deutsche Physik and became anti Jewish and wrote articles on SS papers. He also condemned Jewish scientist Einstein as a policy who became world famous for his theory of relativity. After the war he was classified as major offender and sentenced to four yeras. but denazification court set aside the. Sentence and he lived a free man . he passed away in 1957
