SHALOM. YARON, JEWISH ANTI NAZI RESISTANCE, WW II
He was a Jewish partisan fighter from Poland. He and his four year elder brother escaped into woods when Germany invaded the hometown and his parents were soon killed. In 1943 his partisan unit destroyed a German factory that was making Rifle butts. After the war which he survived, he wrote his memoirs in 1996 tiled Defiance. He passed away at Manhattan in USA in 2013 sept at the age of 88 Years..
