War effort. after the war they were also sold in other countries and came to India too and was much patronised..The car has side valve four cyl inline water cooled engine with four speed gear box and a reverse gear. The car has conventional look with a small boot projection at rear. And has small foot boards too. The bonnet was one piece type hinged at windscreen side. And locked in position . It had chrome grill with curved strips .Open top convertibles were also made that looked stylish. it was car for middle class people.
