TV anchor...prof, police commissioner at Hyderabadproposed that car owners help students going by walk to schools by giving them lift and it will be good social service

Prof. it is very good but there can be problems too. Some car owners  or car  drivers could be involving in child abuse and kidnapping too. all are not good people
