Richard Schroeder was a SS member with rank unterscharfuhrer. He worked in camp office in accounts department at Ausuchwitz camp and he was arrested when the camp was over run by allies. He was tried by supreme national tribunal of Poland at Krakow and was sentenced to 10 years jail term
He was oberscharfuhrer at Aushwitz camp. He was arrested by allies at the end of World war II and was tried by Supreme national tribunal of Poland at Krakow. He was sentenced to death and was hanged on 28 jan 1948 at Montelupich prison at Krakow
