 When KCR  became the CM of Telangana state in India,  He wanted the TB hospital of Nizams times( very Old) located  at Erragadda  near kukat palli ( a prime locality now ) would be shifted to Vikarabad town which is vary far away from Hyderabad city.

Doctor.. Sir,  Better do not send T B  hospital to Vikarabad. It will be too far away. It is better for you  to be closeby.
