He was a naval officer in WW I and was decorated for his distinguished service. After the WW I he rose high in Industry.He had links with Top Germany administration of SS .After WW II he was arrested in August 1945. Ad was tried in Flick trial and was sentenced to 6 years jail term.However he died in 1949 in prison at Landesberg At the age of 60
