JAROSLOV SVARC, CZECH RESISTANCE, WW II TEAM ANTHROPOID, TO ASSASSINATE SENIOR NAZI OFFICER Reinhard HEYDRICH in Prague. the attack by two member team took place On 27 May 1942 and the injured Nazi officer due to a grenade blast died in hospital on 4 jun1942. JAROSLOV died by suicide to avoid capture by nazis after a bitter gun fight with Nazi Gestapo and commandos at a church in Prague.there were total four suicides by team members to avoid capture.three were killed in fight.
