confusion all over the Indi China stand off

CONFUSION ALL OVER  THE INDO CHINESE  STAND OFF.

Why there is so much of confusion about The PROVEN Chinese intrusion. Def minister Rajnath Singh in no uncertain terms gave a statement that Chinese troops came into our territory crossing Loc in  Galwan valley. And recently Modiji in the meeting with all party heads ( barring a few )  gave a statement that caused confusion. Chinese  officials claimed that as per Modis statement  there was no PLA soldier on Indian side across LAC. of late clarification on Modis statement   Has been given. Now what would be the reaction from the Chinese side? What they will do.  Everything has become a great confusion. in TV news by agencies , maps and locations of troops were discussed with satellite maps . it is essential that real truth has to be told to the nation instead of vague statements causing confusion all over.  col Santosh babu and his twenty men sacrificed their lives and it should not go waste in political manipulations. Sad events  are causing confusion all over. IT IS ALSO NECESSARY TO FIX  failure in gathering intelligence about Chinese intrusion and reporting the matter to higher ups. There are various agencies in giving inputs on intelligence to higher ups.very poor handling was witnessed from the leadership on a  crucial matter in this two months long stand off.sadly,  we have not learnt much after 1962. The same indecisiveness, confusion, fear, lack of stiff spine was witnessed. the way def budget has been reduced over years ,the forces are still starving. For weapons. The  govt  cries always over pension bill of armed forces that also includes sizeable civilians. Today's soldier is tomorrow's veteran. when the country gas a large standing army money has to be spent towards all aspects. ever since the country got freedom from UK India has been threatened by Pakistan and China apart from separatist militants in Nagaland, Mizoram, Aruna chal Pradesh, Khalistan, and Jammu and Kashmir. three major wars and Kargil operation was faced by the country apart from Chinese aggression in 1962. but for our army, the country would have lost greatly to enemies. Since 1989 army has been fighting the militants in Jammu and Kashmir .

Our country is surrounded by bitter enemies like Pakistan , apart from a nuisance China , a hostile Nepal and Nagaland insurgency and protect ourselves we need a highly professional And well equipped , motivated and updated armed forces. Sadly our armed forces have to fight the beaurocracy in the country .We can not win wars by only sermons, hare Rama Hare Krishna, budham Sharnam gachmi , ram bhajans, hanuman challisa, gandhihiri, and can not always depend on friendly countries. Foreign policy is important and any one coming for help will demand a pound of flesh. Beaurocrats who invariably misguide the leadership to keep their edge over army want always a not a very powerful army. Probably they also work on divide and rule policy imitating Lord Clive.

The very fact of making three services completely different And independent of each other is towards the same. First act was to abolish commander in Chiefs designation and making all service chiefs of same rank. It happened soon after 1947. Another act was to create CDS post recently who is of the same rank as Chiefs who has not administrative control over Chiefs. He has no act to play during war like guiding the war.A good rat race has been created for the post of CDS  among army chiefs  in the country. Strange country is India indeed.yet civilian supremacy in democracy is fact of life and has to be accepted.

Luckily  , the 16 Bihar regt boys acted like wild wolves and gave a good account of themselves immediately after the death of their CO. BUT FOR IT , WE WOULD HAVE CUT VERY VERY SORRY FIGURE. 1962 would have Been in toto repeated. Let us not think that danger is not yet over. a tiger that has been mauled badly would retreat for a while and would return and strike again with more vengeance and ferocity. Let us wait for that day with fingers crossed.let us remember that army is not there to wrestle, do boxing bouts and fight like in Stone Age with clubs, spears, axes etc and is there to fight with fire arms and bayonets fixed to rifles. the days of sword fights and cavalry charges are over.
