He was a Nazi official at
mauthusen camp and was arrested after the camp was captured by US troops.H e was
tried by US military tribunal at Dachau concentration camp in the case US vs
Altfuldisch in a group of 61 members and was sentenced to death by hanging. He
was executed on 27 M ay 1947 at Landesberg prison.. His chest number during the
trial was 23.
