He was A Nazi
official at Mauthausen camp and was arrested after WW. II when the camp was
over run by US.army. He was tried for war crimes in the case US vs Altfuldisch in a group of
61 members by US army tribunal at Dachau camp and was sentenced to death. He was hanged on 28 May
1947 at landesberg prison. His chest number during the trial was 27
