He was a SS official at
Mauthausen camp and was arrested and tried after WW. II in the case of US vs
Altfuldisch in a group of 61 members at Dachau concentration camp by US military tribunal and was sentenced to death. He
was executed by hanging at landesberg prison on 27 may 1947. His chest number during the trial was 28.
