prof.. These guys all senior govt officers have assembled to distribute free masks to people. But till videographers arrive they will not distribution of masks. Every guy is crazy about his self promotion in media. this us a consistent ailment with them .

Distribution of any material either by govt or by any private agency in India for benefit of People is surrounded by activities fir self elevation. Such gimmicks involve a videographer or photographer depending on the event. All sundry guys join to pose for a photograph while handing over the item to individual. Even if one banana us being given ten to twelve guys hold the banana and pose with the individual. Even govt senior officers are part of this ailment . Disguising. We do find cheques for compensation to kin in accidents or after death iof a person being handed over. the VIPs who us handing over the cheque is all in smiles giving the cheque. Us it the tine for smiling? Persons gave no clue and common sense. They include ministers, MKA , Senior govt officers etc. shameful behaviour indeed. Such thing is found only in India .
