Politician, studied at Bucharest university and rose to become the PM of Romania during WWII.Romania joined nazi Germany's in their fight against soviets And committed war crimes.He was also the foreign minister. he served along with the dictator Ion ANTENOSCU. he was arrested and tried by the national tribunal later and was sentenced to death. he was executed by firing squad at jilava prison on 1 June 1946.
