he was the minister for finance from 1938 to 1945 in different cabinets and helped nazis greatly. he informed nazis in political developments in Hungary from time to time. after the war , he tried to escape to west but was captured along with arrow cross party members. By American troops.He was tried at Budapest for war crimes trials by people's tribunal and sentenced to death. he was hanged on 24 Aug 1946.
