he was collaborator to nazis during WW II and was a minister of interior in the govt. he initially served in Austro Hungarian army during WW I and served for forty three months and retired as a major. he took to politics. He was a the head of gun powder factory but later dismissed due to his far right views. As minister if interior after German occupation of Hungary he helped Gestapo greatly in sending many Jews into ghettos and in shirt time the Jews were eliminated.he was arrested after
WW II and tried by peoples tribunal and sentenced to death and executed on 12 March 1946 .
