WILHELM TEMPEL

Wilhelm Tempel was a SS official at Dachau camp and was arrested after WWII and tried in the case US vs Gottfried Weiss by US military tribunal at Dachau camp and was sentenced to death. He was hanged on 29 may 1946.He was  one among 42 convicts in the trial .

PETER WEINGARTNER

He was a Yugoslav national of German descent. He was carpenter by trade.He served Yugoslav army for short time. He joined SS in 1942 and served as guard at Auschwitz till 22 Nov 1943.He was of the rank Hauptscharführer .He was evacuated from Birkenau on 19 Mar 1945 by train that was bombed. On foot he marched to Bregen Belsen camp in early February 1945 where Kramer was the commandant. He served as Block supervisor till April 1945. he was very cruel and unleashed the dogs on inmates while on work. Many were badly injured and killed. He was arrested after WWII and tried at Belsen trials by British military tribunal and was sentenced to death. He was hanged at Hamlin on 13 Dec 1945.
