ERIC PLEASANTS. NAZI BRITISH FREE COPS, WW II
He was British national and worked in merchant navy when war was declared to avoid being conscripted. He was caught by Germans when he was on Channel Islands and sent to mainland Germany. He joined Waffen SS and fought boxing bouts as hex was a boxer of repute. Aftervtgecwar he was captured by Soviets in 1946. And was sent to a camp Gulag. he was released in 1952 and sent to Britain. he was not punished as he suffered enough although he was interviewed.
