RAGNAR SIGVALD SCANCKE. .. NORWEIGN NAZI COLLABORATOR.
He was a distinguished professor in Electrical engineering at NORWEIGN University and was well known. After occupation of Norway by Germany he was inducted into govt led by Quisling which Ragnar never liked it. He was made minister of Church and later as minister of education too. After WW II when Norway was liberated he was arrested and tried as war criminal. He was sentenced to death and executed Along with Albert Hagelin by a firing squad .His appeals were rejected.
