SEETHAPATHI RAJU TITLED SHITAB KHAN, RULER AT WARANGAL, 16 century, Contemporary of Sri Krishna deva Raya of Vijaynagar empire, Black pen sketch 50x75 mm paper, He ruled the provinces of Khammam, Warangal, Nalgonda and few more provinces against Muslim on slaught. He had to clash with Sultan Kuli of Golconda too.  he was very brave and was. Known for his archery and he maintained strong army of archers. He also clashed with Krishna deva Ray during laters Kalinga campaign and probably died during the campaign. Sone historians are if the opinion that He died in Battle with Muslim rulers at Warangal. He took up many welfare projects during his rule like repairers tonPaka lake near Warangal. He built a palace in Warangal fort called Shitabhkhan mahal. And it is still standing proudly. the mahal is similar to a palace in Mandu in north India
