He was the member of
Hamburg parliament between 1932 and 33 . He was arrested after 20 July plot
failure for complicity and was tried at Peoples court along with Julius Leber,
Adof Reichwein and Hermann moss and was sentenced to Seven years jail term. He
died in post war period at Braunlage.
