She was. A nazi SS. Guard Afseherin and SS Trained dog handler. These dogs were used as additional weapons on inmates. These dogs were let loose on inmates at times and the dogs bit the persons all over the body while some straight jumped over at the throat. Some dogs were trained to rip apart the genitals of prisoners. Many deaths occurred in these inhuman attacks. Rinkel escaped to USA in 1950 and  was an immigrant at sanfransisco .. California. She married Fred William Rinkel in 1962 whom he met in 1959. and  lived peacefully. Her husband died in 2004. She did not tell anything about her past to her husband and he was a jew. Soon her past caught up with her and her service at Ravens burk was found out by the investigators and she was deported by US. Govt to Germany. German govt was also informed about her deportation. She stayed at a relatives house at a farm and moved to switzerland and

  lives there. Her files are reportedly handed over to prosecutors at Calogne. Further details are not known and  she remained unpunished.
