193.Case against Police officer in Gujrat for killing   terrorists

Former Gujarat police officer DG Vanzara was discharged in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case by a special court in Mumbai today. The court dropped the charges against him, and Rajasthan police officer MN Dinesh, citing insufficient evidence. With this, 15 of the 38 accused in the 12-year-old case have been let off.
Mr Vanzara -- one of Gujarat's most controversial police officers -- has said that he wants to contest in the coming assembly election in the state.
The officer, who was accused of conspiracy in the Sohrabuddin case, was granted bail in 2014. The next year, in February, he was released from Ahmedabad's Sabarmati jail after getting bail in the other case he was accused in -- the killing of college student Ishrat Jehan, which, investigators say, was another fake encounter.
Expressing gratitude towards the judiciary, Mr Vanzara said he would also get "justice" in the Ishrat Jahan case. "I have been saying since the beginning that all these encounters were genuine. They were not fake. Now, when I am finally discharged by the court, it is now established that I was framed in false cases. This judgement vindicated my stand about encounters," Mr Vanzara was quoted as saying by news agency Press Trust of India.
Sohrabuddin Sheikh, a petty criminal, was killed in near Gujarat's Gandhinagar area in November 2005 along with his wife Kauser Bi.
The Central Bureau of Investigation, which later took over the case, said Sohrabuddin and his wife were abducted while on their way from Hyderabad to Sangli in Maharashtra. The Gujarat Anti-Terror Squad, which allegedly kidnapped them, claimed they were terrorists plotting to kill Narendra Modi, who was the Chief Minister of Gujarat at the time.
Tulsiram Prajapati, who was accompanying the couple and became a witness to the crime, was killed a year later.
Investigators said the killings were meant to silence the men, who were instrumental in an extortion racked the police of three states - Gujarat, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh - were running at the behest of their political bosses. These indicate that the central govt under congress leadership was instrumental in false implications in framing the police officer and others.
As usual there was no outcry from Hindu world in the country after the release. They looked otherway else the govt at centre would be after them. They utter Law would take its own course. However , law enfiorcing agencies appear to be not above the board and are known to be influenced by the masters in power at that time..

194. Killing of  a guy for  storing cow meat

Most of Hindus are touchy about cow slaughter and the demand for  banning cow slaughter throughout the country was raised several  times, However  the secular fabric of the country  prevented  its implementation. It has gained momentum after BJP came to absolute power in 2014 elections. The issue is  hanging in litigations, court cases etc. A section of Hindus also are not supporting the issue while the minorities are of course  were always against it. Of late there have been instances where   some  lawless citizens killed a person alleging that  he stored cow meat.No one can take law into hand and it will soon become free for all. Sadly Hindus are divided on the issue causing grave law and order problem.
195.Cowrakshaks  and cow slaughter

In the name of    cow rakshaks  mobs have taken law into hand and killed some people. Of late  such lawless citizens form criminal groups , beat some persons who were transporting cows from place to place. The point is similar to above. While the  law for banning slaughter was the issue at srl 195, here it is the result of such demand in society where  criminals thrive as pseudo Rakshaks
.
196  Influx of Bangladeshis into Indian state Assam

This has been a perennial problem during congress rule .The Bangladeshi muslims trespassed into state of Assam and  the people were taken in , given ration cards, I cards etc. This has greatly affected the  electorate. Congress govt has damaged national interests by accepting such migrants in very large numbers and this has resulted in law  and order problem. There has been no protest from the  Hindus throughout the country as most of the hindus are not interested in these things and look other way. Hindus are t be blamed  for such ventures by the Governments.

197 Entry of women into Ayyappa swamy  Temple  in Kerala   and Sani god temple near Shirdi

Ayyappa temple in Kerala  and Sanigod temple in Maharshtra had a tradition of allowing only males into the temples. Of late court cases have been filed by some  women organizations demanding  womens entry into these shrines. The practice of not allowing  women is an age old practice and courts  gave favourable orders to women. The issue is still alive. Again Hindus are divided on the issue and court intervention has been sought in the case. Court cases indicate non unity among Hindu masses. Hindu masses are not  under one religious authority. In the country there are many Acharyas or Peetadhipathis who guide  on religious matters. It is unlike Muslim law and practices and community reaction. Courts do not  consider Peethadipathis. Hindus  look other way and act as scared crows and avoid discussions,.However the pontiff themselves vary in thoughts and in pull in different directions.. Thus Hindus are not united to save their  age old religion and centuries old practices...

198. The case of Army Lt Col Purohit  kept in jail for almost a decade without trial terming him as Hindu terrorist in Malegaon blast case.

This is the brain child of Congress government and the officer belonged to Army intelligence. He was very competent officer and he was  some how implicated in the newly designated term saffron terror  after Malegaon blasts of 8 Sept 2006 in which many  minorities were killed. He was not given bail for all  9 years. Lt Col Purohit had moved the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court's order dismissing his bail plea. During the hearing, senior advocate Harish Salve, appearing for Lt Col Purohit, had said that he has been in jail for the past nine years, but charges have still not been framed against him. He said that the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act or MCOCA charge has already been dropped against him and therefore he is entitled to getting interim bail. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) chargesheet in the Malegaon case claims that at least two important witnesses were forced to give false incriminating statements against the accused, including Purohit. It is the divergence in the chargesheets filed by the NIA and the Maharashtra ATS that has been cited as an important reason for granting bail to Purohit. There is an underlying narrative being pushed that the Maharashtra Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) headed by Karkare had “fixed” a “nationalist” hero like Purohit only because the then UPA government wanted to raise the bogey of “saffron” terror.Karkate the police officer was shot dead by terrorists during Bombay terrorsit attack  when he was travelling in his car during the attack. There was no exchange of fire and the police officer  was  killed plumb. He was given highest bravery award for civilians in peace time although he did not  fire a single bullet at the terrorists from his hand gun if he had one and  there was no bravery on his part. The cat is out of bag now and skeletons will be out from the cupboard of Congress govt. As usual, the Hindu community looked other way while Col Purohit languished in the jail for nine long years without even a  trial.
