The Mr Abe PM of Japan visited our country and promised many things and our leaders too swooned. We are no match to Japan in work culture. our nation is the laziest one where there is no discipline in industrial sector and in government too. We are rated as one of the most corrupt nations in the world. In Japan. If the workers have some grievances they do not go on strike as our people do. they produce more and wear black badges. Our workers Look for opportunities to hoodwink work by some means and gain something .Japan at the end of WW II was a devastated nation occupied by US forces, shattered and suppressed. it was an humiliated nation.With in few decades ,the country recovered to dominate the world economically and industrially. Our nation that is many times bigger than Japan nose dived after every war with Pakistan and China.During 1962 war with China, our govt begged on streets for funds to buy arms and equipment. prices shot up with despair everywhere. Now we are looking for bullet trains supplied by Japan to start with Gujrat. Machines can be purchased by paying money. Can we purchase integrity in people. That is impossible. It is a national trait. We are unable to run the existing trains efficiently. Whatever railway lines are. Existing in the country more than 90percent were laid during The English Rule. We added bits here and there with our inefficiency and corruption dominated work culture. are we technically ready to run bullet trains in the country. it is doubtful. Govt must insure all passengers along with the ticket. it is the luck of passengers if they reach safely. Even today we have probably un manned railway crossings in the country. first let us learn to crawl well and later run.Aiming High is good. but we should not overestimate ourselves. That is exactly happening in this beleaguered country.Our great Pm Sri N Modiji who is all knowing and being expert in everything right from economics, Gandhian thoughts, tactics, Miltary technology, Indistrial relations, all types of reforms, Taxation etc A to Z is hell bent on pushing through everything as he enjoys bull dozing majority dragging the nation to calamity , despair, and helplessness...
I am a retired colonel from army and for the last 28 years pursuing career in Engineering education. I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Post graduate in Machine design from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. I have obtained Ph D Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr Ram manohar Lohia Avadh University. I am also the recipient of Ph D degrees in Strategic studies, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Religious studies and political Science from other Universities. I have also written and published four books on political Science, education and English poetry. I have published 38 Technical papers in various journals and seminar proceedings. I have also published 950 research articles on line in faithcommons.org and Sanghparivar.org. There are 15 English short stories to my credit. I have published 82 articles on various subjects like strategic studies, history and political science in new Swatantra times published from Hyderavbad. As a professor I guided more than 95 projects at degree level and thirty at PG level. Some candidates are pursuing research under my guidance.I am recipient of Three national awards.
