He was a Gauletier of province Hesse Nassau in Germany. he rose from
ranks rapidly. He was highly anti Semitic. In Sept 1930 he was elected as a
member of Reichtag. On 25..26 March 1945 he escaped to Kosen in Austria and
warded off US army. However soon US army and soviet army encircled the whole
country of Austria and SPRENGER and his wife committed suicide on 7 May 1945
