Hans Altfuldisch was a guard at
Mauthausen concentration camp and he was arrested after WWII and tried at
Dachau trials in a batch of 61 convicts.
He was no 1 on the list and the trial is known as US vs Hans Altfuldisch during
Dachau trials. He was found guilty of war crimes and sentenced to death by
hanging. he was executed by hanging on 28 may 1947 at Landesberg prison in Bavaria.
