GRAF M He was a non commissioned officer and was a member of SD. Earlier he was in SS too but due to  his indifference he was removed from SS. He also requested authorities to be relieved from SD. He was not found guilty of first two counts  that are  holocaust crimes  but was found the member of SD a criminal organization that was the third count. Whatever  prison  custody he already suffered before and during trial was counted towards the penal sentence and he was set free.
