In Hyderabad zoo,  a guy was allowed to pull the tail of a tiger held in the cage and video taken  after paying a good amount to the keeper of the cage. He up loaded the video on social site and the guy and the keeper were arrested.  Hence the cartoon  The list shows various fees for such acts lie pulling tails of various animals officially by Zoo  curators
