He was a business
man and was involved in anti nazi movement and took part in 20 July plot for
which he was arrested on 22 July 1944 and was tried by people's court and was sentenced
to death for treason and high treason. he was hanged on 14 November 1944 at
potzensee. prison in Berlin.
