RUDOLF SCHLIHA
Rudolf Von Scheliha was a German diplomat during WW II. He
studied law and joined Foreign Service in 1922. he was a military officer
during WW I. He was posted to embassy in Poland where he grew in stature to
First secretary. Due to financial greed he became a Soviet spy. his lavish life
style and maintenance of many mistresses demanded extra money. he was paid
lavishly by Soviets. Gestapo was on his track and arrested him charging him to
be a member of Red orchestra. He was arrested on 14 Dec 1942 tried along with
ILSE STOBE and sentenced to death . He was executed by hanging from meat hooks
in poltzsee prison at Berlin.
